A Message From Our President

Greetings Sorors and Friends!
Welcome to the official website for Vallejo Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. We are delighted that you have taken the time to visit our website and hope that you become better acquainted with the incredible work that our Chapter does in American Canyon, Benicia, and Vallejo.
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. was founded on the campus of Howard University by twenty-two dynamic and powerful women who laid the foundation for a membership of over three-hundred thousand women who continue to make a mark in the halls of history for justice and freedom for all.
I am incredibly excited to serve as Chapter President for 2020-2022, following the exceptional leadership of our immediate past-President, Lashonda Wallace. Thank you Vallejo Alumnae Chapter members for giving me the privilege and honor to lead this phenomenal Chapter in this capacity.
As president, it is my goal to promote the values and purpose of the Vallejo Alumnae Chapter and the vision of the Founders of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated by impacting communities where we work and live in the areas of Economic Development; Educational Development; Physical and Mental Health; Political Awareness and Involvement; and, International Awareness and Involvement.

of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
The mission of the Vallejo Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., is to organize and implement a full program of public service initiatives in the local communities of American Canyon, Benicia and Vallejo. Our programs are focused on our Five-Point Programmatic Thrust of Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and Political Awareness and Involvement.
Our vision is to be neighbors supporting neighbors through sustainable advocacy, social justice and education programs.
